Bridge: Up for a challenge?

Next BBOFest is March 3-5. I suspect it will include the Robot Survivor and the Mini Robot Survivor, but all I could find to sign up today was the Country vs Country, and I did sign up.

md wins the declare-only with a score of 62.50%, a margin just over 3% higher than second. I plan to start a new challenge tonight.

NN wins the regular challenge with +26.83, by 15.66.

From day 2 of the Weekend 2 day, so don’t look if you are still playing the event, even though most will not play any particular board.

OK, 2D is an underbid based on playing strength, but it’s what I chose. Then when partner raised? Well, he might have a heart stopper, and it’s matchpoints, so I bid 3NT.

When I saw the heart king lead, even before seeing dummy this looked bad. Seeing dummy, it looked worse.

LHO decided to shift to a club at trick 2, which should still have been OK for the defense. OK, that is, until RHO won the ace and played a second club.

oi won the declare only with 62.50%, by 5%. New challenge issued yesterday.

oi won the declare-only again, this time with a score of 57.81%, almost the only positive score, but two were just at/above 50%. Reissued.

oirg wins the regular challenge with +25.50, by 8.75. Reissued
