Was busy time.
We escaped to Madeira/Canary Islands in December. A few days before the UK stopped international travel.
Spent a few months bouncing around Europe.
UK was abysmally bad from December to March.
The vast majority of new students hated it (am extremely puzzled Serenas offspring saw this as a positive time).
Its no wonder. Paying tution + accomodation and then having to learn virtually plus having no actual social activities…drove most freshers to outright rebellion.
Lots of lawsuits in the works.
