Bitcoin?

i think that time has passed…should’ve told us last month…

If I’d known last month, I wouldn’t be here today!

When will they breakdown Bitcoin into smaller denominations to make things easier?

As of this writing, BC is about $53,800@

So that means a $3 loaf of bread costs 0.00005576 BC

That will be 5.576 millionths of BC for that loaf of bread, sir.

yeah, but who owns the actual bc? I don’t think that can be broken down.

 I’d be surprised if bread ever gets bought with bitcoin. I think the real economic value of it is inexorably linked to purposes where secrecy is valuable (plus clearly a lot of speculation).

A Satoshi is 1/100,000,000 of a bitcoin.

How many Stanley nickels is that?

Well first carry the two, sum up the bases and then shove it up your butt!

Polygon has more than doubled since I bought it a week ago. I have no idea why. :woman_shrugging:

Pumpndump. Just like every other crypto out there right now.

I saw some stats somewhere a year or so ago about how Bitcoin was being manipulated. Doge coin, like seriously, it’s basically a meme, now being treated seriously.

Imma start a crypto called tulips. Probably make a Brazilian dollars.

you can’t predict the market. will crypto be like tulips? no one knows.

people though tesla was overpriced

people thought bitcoin was overpriced

now they’re either crying or claiming the bubble will come soon.
except the same people who bought bitcoin and tesla 10 years ago are already retired and sitting on the beach.

.
Call it “GoA”…or “Goa£”…or “GoACoin”…or “GoActuaryCoin”

Also, give me a little somethin’ somethin’ for that spectacular idea…like one GoACoin.

I actually think a coin started by a bunch of actuaries has some potential, particularly if it’s marketed as safe and conservative. Who’s with me?

It is like tulips. Stonks have intrinsic value as its ownership of a company.

Crypto is like tulips in that there’s no intrinsic value.

Which I guess is also like the dollar, but that’s not my point.

Nothing says “safe and conservative” like cryptocurrency.

I’ve never done a thing with cryptocurrency, so sign me up. :+1:

yeah, but you can’t reason with humans, so you might as well take advantage of it. intrinsic value is meaningless as demonstrated by stocks that far exceed their valuation (tesla, gamestop) and ones that have 0 intrinsic value.

heck, you can argue that gold and diamonds have no intrinsic value.

that’s cute

In!

Lol@poly. It’s my moon shot.
