When a man stumbles, it could be that he just misjudged the step and went too fast. It could also mean that his mental and physical faculties are deteriorating below levels required by POTUS demands.
The odds of it being the 2nd choice are much higher for a 78 year old man.
So, are you worried that he’s senile, or that he’s physically weak? Because I don’t think being the president requires a lot of physical strength.
I was worried that Trump was senile. Even when he was elected, he seemed pretty out of it compared to videos oh him from the 80s. I’m not particularly worried about Biden, but if you are, you probably should focus on stuff that’s related to that, and not banal things like “he uses a teleprompter” or irrelevant things like “he stumbled climbing a staircase.”
Physically, isn’t Biden in pretty good shape? I remember reporters chasing after him when he was riding his bike during election season.
I haven’t said anything about teleprompter usage. Those things are wisely and widely used by speakers because they make the speaker sound awesome.

Observation and concern about a 78 year old man stumbling on a stair case is hardly banal or irrelevant. It could be nothing or it could be a symptom of a serious medical condition. I’ll keep watching and questioning. I know I won’t be the only one doing so. You can be confident that the Russians, North Koreans, and terrorist organizations have teams watching and analyzing his every movement looking for weaknesses.
When I worked for Shell, the Shell magazine had an article on how Bush #1 had joined the Shell softball team in Midland TX (where Shell had a refinery), although he didn’t work for Shell. I am dubious that the Russians, North Koreans, or terrorists are terribly interested in his gait. And if they are, wow! They must have been incredibly excited when trump had a seizure on stage. (Or whatever happened with that water glass.)
I mean, I thought Biden was too old for this job. I didn’t vote for him in the primary. But he’s greatly exceeded my expectations in many ways, including his physical health and vigor. 
The teleprompter stuff is so stupid. It is based on the belie many conservatives have on some level that there is a secret cabal pulling the strings behind all things liberal and those people are using liberal politics to put us under the thumb of that secret cabal.
I am guessing based on recent posturing from Russia and NK they are not too happy that we have a competent administration that will not roll over and let them rub it’s belly just because they said some nice things about it. Just my 2 cents from what I have seen so far.
I saw another take on Biden’s fall, that it’s not due to age or physical or mental decline but instead due to his wearing a (or 2? completely unnecessary, in this case) face mask, which blocks one’s lower field of vision, making falls more likely.

I dunno, they’re probably interested in knowing if they’re going to be dealing with Joe Biden or Kamala Harris. Does the latter really have a foriegn policy position on much? She’s not very experienced at this level.
Have you already forgotten the US’s interest in Kim Jung-un’s gait?
Does he have gout? Is he healthy? Why is he using a cane?
Putin (the killer), Kim Jung-un and terrorists are always very interested in seizing the advantage and acting up during the slightest stumble. That’s big league international politics. That’s the rules by which they play. (Hint: the US does the same thing)
