Make sure it’s the good balsamic and not the crap they sell at grocery stores.

I just bought another big bottle of the 12-year stuff. I have a half empty 20-year that I use very sparingly. It is very tasty!

Asian: need some noodles, fish sauce, oyster sauce, rice and some spices. maybe some veggies; will see what they have in stock.
Butcher: short ribs. Gonna make some sort of Asian-inspired short ribs this weekend
Oil/Vinegar store: we are evidently out of my wife’s favorite EVOO
Fish: cod or halibut for tacos. And some clams for making chowdah.
Pickles: polish dill spears, half-sour wholes, sour-wholes.

I’m not a big fan of balsamic vinegar. I like it in salad dressings and in small doses elsewhere. My wife is a big fan.
