They told me once, “Yeah we meant to get her fixed but then she got pregnant again.”
All of their dogs, to my knowledge, are of the same brood(s). So they’re inbreeding dogs. Either intentionally or because they’re lazy, I don’t know.

I’m not sure the authorities would do anything for verbal abuse. My upstairs neighbor most definitely verbally abuses her daughter for me to hear constantly. Never heard her hit her though.
No, I’m pretty sure verbal abuse doesn’t typically result in removal.
These neighbors are just assholes. I feel bad for their charitably 11 year old kid (I wouldn’t be surprised if was 9) that mows their acre in the summer with a push mower taller than him.
