Tariff?
I’m stopped at a red and glance over to the car next to me in the left turn lane: Dad is looking down at this cell phone and showing his daughter some text. Way to go, Dad; keep setting a good example.
in a big truuuuuck went screeching around the corner making his left and I wasn’t sure if he was gonna stop at the 3-way stop.- I passed two (TWOOOOOOOOO) wankpanzers in the space of 10 minutes - one of which was wrapped in neon yellow!!!
Passed a black wankpanzer the other day. Prolly on his way to buy some rai-SINS. 
I was car #3 at a red light in the right lane. Driver of car #3 in the left lane suddenly burst out of his car toward car #2 ahead of him. Car #2 screeches into the left turn lane and around both lead cars to make the right turn. I have no clue what car #2 did to car #3. 
I watched a dumb ******er go right through a 3 way stop without even slowing down! 
Some asshole just cut me off on my bike. Approaching an intersection, they have a yield sign, I don’t. They slowed down a bit and then just went for it, I had to slow down to avoid hitting them.

I’m driving eastbound through a construction zone. Buddy in the westbound lane is signalling left to go on to the little street to my right. I stop short to let him through - and then he turns right into the gas station. 
I used to cycle a lot in Sydney and I learnt to assume that many drivers will not see you. Nowadays there are even drivers who target cyclists, so it pays to be very alert to what they are doing and be able to brake/get off the road at the last moment.

I witnessed this:
I’m car #3 in the left turn lane with a delivery truck and another car in the middle of the intersection. The light is already yellow , so I just stay behind. Delivery truck and car are about to gun the turn on the red when 
races through the light from the opposite direction!!! Delivery truck leans on his horn - and rightly so!!!
In my neighborhood, on the way back, I approached a car that was coming off the shoulder. Black SUV with something poking up out of the sunroof, looks like a person (I can only see the back of their head)…bouncing up and down a bit. OK. Probably some dumb teenagers. Then they proceed to drive about 10 mph, with me caught behind them. Then they honked randomly at the house across the street. Wasn’t teenagers, looked like an adult driving, with a 5 year old girl standing on the center console, bouncing around. They came back around after hitting the end of the street, and honked again at the house across from me before leaving. WTF. The whole thing was weird. No one seemed to be outside that they were honking at either.
And that reminds me…last night or the night before when I was out for a walk in the evening, there was an old grandparent with a toddler on their lap, driving down the street.
Didn’t recognize either of these cars, and neither seemed to have a destination in the neighborhood. I’m out in suburbia where there is only one way out of the neighborhood, so it’s not like they could have been some weirdos just passing through on their way to somewhere else.

Just saw someone go the wrong way through a roundabout to make a left. Fantastic work.
Someone coming the other direction passed a car using the left turn lane while I was right next to them. A large pickup of course, flexing his way to his destination a whole 3 seconds sooner given there was plenty of traffic still ahead of him.

I’m driving on a narrow road with a solid yellow line. Buddy crosses over the yellow line, passes me, and then the guy ahead of me.
on a motorcycle screams past left of me through a red light at a pedestrian crossing and through the red light past that.
Wingnut in front of me at the advanced green waits a beat before making the turn. OK, just a smidge annoying. When I get to the plaza entrance, I shift over into the left lane to make my turn in while wingnut stays in the through lane, except wingnut decides at the last microsecond to turn in front of me into the plaza!
