i just got an everything bagel with sundried tomato cream cheese. wasn’t anything fantastic. i put bacon on it too, which i cooked in the microwave cause stupid stove.
Microwave a bagel? Why not just toast it or have cold? New Yorkers…

Similar vibes here. My cat got into my buffalo cauliflower wings. Smelled it as soon as I walked back into the office. Jerk.
Our last dog was a weimeraner, very smart dog. They would grab a whole loaf of bread off the counter, open the bag (not rip it apart), and eat the whole loaf with no ill effects. We never got annoyed over that, just had to be careful not to leave any bread related products on the counter.
Why is Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” being used in a car commercial? They’re not driving something through a pane of glass, they’re not driving on a massive sheet of glass, they’re not going to see the Window Pane Museum, … nothing in that song has anything to do with buying a vehicle or anything that’s going on in that commercial.
“Rapture” would have more relevance, and it’s still not a song I’d hear and think yeah, that makes me want to go drop $35K on a car so I can maybe see some Martian land in a cornfield and he shoots me dead and eats my head, and then we go around eating cars.

I microwave bagels when I’m in the office, or when I’ve pulled it out of the freezer and don’t want to wait for it to defrost; otherwise my preference is to toast in the oven.
Defrosting butter in the microwave using ‘fish’ setting results in what my spouse describes as ‘you did quite a number on the butter’.
I was supposed to get data from a script today but something’s causing the script to run slow. It should take a half hour, it’s been running for 12 and nowhere near done. Annoying, because now I either wait another day for it to finish before I can move forward, or wait for my dev on Monday to figure it out and fix it.
I should probably just walk away from work on the weekends, but busy busy busy.
I gave myself a paper cut getting a receipt yesterday!!! Owie!!!

i’ll have to check with my landlord ao fan and get back to you, but considering that she’s me, if i have to i will. it started working again though.
