lol yeah. I know logically that planes get maintenance all the time, and if it’s not enough to yank the plane, it’s NBD. I just prefer not to know about it! I have a ton of anxiety around flying as it is.
Unrepaired planes are for suckers.

Er, it’s not routine maintenance if it’s holding up a flight. But it likely is something minor. A sensor isn’t working properly and needs to be replaced. Air pressure is low on one of the tires. I once had a flight delayed for quite some time because one of the lightbulbs on the emergency exit sign was burned out and they can’t take off without the sign functioning properly.
And my bag didn’t make it. Fantastic.

They never unloaded the plane! So everyone on that flight who had a connecting flight didn’t get their bags. Unreal.

I’ve had airplanes fail to deliver my checked bag several times. It’s always been delivered the next night.
(That’s among the reasons i hate checking a bag.)

I usually get 2% back on a credit card so 3% makes sense anyway. Obviously cash is cheaper

Winterizing the boat. Jeepers, no info online about all the small parts I need like gasket for the oil drain plug. No knock-off oil filters available, have to buy brand name and nobody open today has it. Guess it’s going to be a two day job.

Spent four hours trying to install some fancy HID headlights on my Chevy. Neither headlight works, I’ve tried everything I can think of, and everything I’ve found suggested on various forums.
