Can’t get out one staff to proofread or use judgement on content. I send content that says (insert link) and I get that exact text in the content.
They’re outstanding and independent everywhere else, it’s a real oddity with content.
Just a bit annoying that we are getting close to launch and I see stuff like that.
I forgot to disconnect my scooter battery this winter and now I need a new one.
Thankfully they run about $30.

I need to schedule a medical appointment. This provider forces everyone to use a central telephone number for the hospital system, which gets overwhelmed at times. I waited 10 minutes listening to lovely hold music, then spoke to a gatekeeper who said they would transfer me to the department I need. Then I sat on hold for another 45 minutes. I hung up as I needed to take care of something else.
Repeating the same process again. The good news is that the wait for the gatekeeper was only 6 minutes this time.
Use the full name “non-deduction of deferred fractional premiums” and act as if that explains it all.

Still on hold, now at 1.5 hours this time. Grumble, grumble,…
ETA: Final wait time on phone was 2 hours, 35 minutes. How long did it take to make the appointment after getting through? About 1 minute. WTF people.

AP flour is usually $13 for a 10 kilo bag. Price has gone up to $16 over the last few weeks, but I invest in a bag because I’m running low. It’s on sale for $10 this week!!! 
Of course Ima buy another bag and store it in the basement!

We bought a loaf of sourdough bread at a farmers market. The first few slices were nice, plain sourdough, but now at the end of the loaf, we’re getting a buttload of caraway seeds!!!

I do have my milled whole wheat in the freezer, but this is factory ground AP flour with benzoyl peroxide in it to prevent zits!!!

This is so obnoxious. There are so many equity issues with this nonsense — online scheduling should be a thing — it’s 2022.
That’s absurd. I would inform the provider and also mention that you might not have the availability to spend that kind of time in the future.
Of course I have no idea what kind of relationship you have with the provider and how difficult it would be to find a different one. Maybe easier said than done.
This provider has an app. I could have easily scheduled a regular Dr appointment in seconds. I think I could have even squeezed in tomorrow. However I need to see a specialist, and that requires a phone call.
Then that provider, the specialist, is the one that we’re talking about. Every doctor, specialist, PA, CNP, etc who sees patients is a provider.
If the specialist’s employer allows online scheduling for some providers but not for ones who have that particular specialty then the specialist, the provider we’re talking about, does not offer online scheduling.
Which is a little unusual in 2022, but it’s absolutely bat shit crazy if it also takes 155 minutes to accomplish that very simple task. That’s about 150 minutes more than is reasonable.
