That reminds me…my daughter is still at the driver’s license factory.
I had to use the toaster oven the other night to bake some bread. The top just about burned, while the bottom and the sides were pale and soft. Me annoyed!!!

As a young guy I enjoyed an after dinner coffee. If I have one after early afternoon now it messes with my sleep so I don’t do it past about 2pm. I rarely have one past my morning cup anyway.
When I pay for Amazon Prime, why do I have to watch 31 second ads on Prime TV?

There’s usually a “skip” button when I watch Prime. Except when it’s some weird situation where it’s on prime, but it’s not prime content - like when I watched Leverage recently on prime, but it’s really “IMDBtv” or something like that.
Hmmm, there wasn’t a “skip” button.
I’ll get “skip intro” or “skip recap” but no option to skip the ad. 
I just bought a new monitor. Nice upgrade. Until today, when half of it stopped working. At least it’s still under warranty, but what a PITA.

We should go for Happy Hour some time. 
IMDb has a skip function sometimes. We recently re-watched Mad Men on that app and I’d say 90% of the episodes at least had the ‘Skip Intro’ feature.
Annoyed thought:
Several glasses of wine and my wife gets frisky.

Only one of those statements get me annoyed.
I’m annoyed that the trainer person on this new hire onboarding thing insists 19 people keep their cameras on - even while he presents - simply so that we can see each other.
First of all, when someone is presenting slides cameras need not be on.
But also I have a cold and everybody can go to hell with this camera requirement.
Also my arch nemesis is on the same call. We are both not new hires and need not be put in the same damn breakout group.
Also also, my arch nemesis’s boss’s boss was the senior management person that presented for the first hour yesterday. Direct message: “Turn your camera on so that [senior person] can see you.” No sir, I don’t think I care about that particular person seeing me today.

Actually, when I present, especially if it’s more than one or two people, I really like them to leave their cameras on. It’s really hard for me to present to dead air. I do a better presentation if I can see my audience. If people look bored I speed up, if they look puzzled I slow down, maybe stop and ask some check-in questions.
I use two screens, so I can see them separately from whatever I am presenting.
If I’m attending a presentation I don’t need to see anyone. But I’m willing to (mostly) leave my camera on for the benefit of the presenter.

Microcenter replaced it. They were very efficient and pleasant about that. The new one still doesn’t talk to my Mac, so I guess that wasn’t a sign that the old one arrived broken. Still, I can’t figure out why the mini displayport connection doesn’t work. I’m using the same cable to connect the mac to a hub, that connects to a different monitor via another mini displayport cable, and the mac talks fine to that monitor.

As a regular demo presenter I generally need to have all my attention on what I’m sharing and/or clicking on and I don’t have a lot of screen left for videos. I agree it’s hard to tell if my jokes are landing or if anyone’s listening but this is my life with travel restrictions haha.
You tell the missus that studying is important to you and to stop bugging you!!!

Nobody sells watchbands any more. Even places that sell watches. Went into Macy’s yesterday. “Where are the watchbands?” “We don’t carry those any more in-store.” “But there are hundreds of watches for sale right here…but no one ever comes to replace the band?”
I had to order one online. I hate ordering stuff online.

Only steps 3 and 5 am I not annoyed at.
