This is where you’re glad you don’t have an historic home. Hardwiring is a challenge if you’re dealing with old plaster walls!
Can you download it to your phone somehow then hook the phone to a computer and transfer it there?
Did you miss this? Stop trying to ruin his day!
Just logged onto my TV provider account to look at changing channel packages. I’m tired of them jacking up the price and cutting channels. They offered me one “suggested package”, which was of course to add more channels. I clicked the button to review other packages, and got a error message saying something to the effect that you need to speak with someone.
I should probably just find a new carrier and cancel this one.
10 minutes before the 4 hour mark ETA changed to 8 hours (4 added hours).
Not annoyed but geez. Going to see reo speedwagon on a Friday night in December. They rescheduled for a Wednesday next freakin august.
SO called to rebook the hotel, the august date is twice the price of December. Geez.
There should be a section of greeting cards with sentiments that are acceptable to the recipient but not hypocritical on the giver’s part.
‘Feel better’ without the ‘we hope you…’? ‘Get well’ without the ‘soon’?
It’s not a wish; it’s a command!
Get a card that’s blank inside and write a generic sentiment??? ![]()
I saw a card that the cover said something like “I searched to hell and back for this card” and on the inside said “so if you don’t like it you know where to go to return it.” Passive aggressive greeting cards is an undertapped market.
got my kid a birthday card this week.
Cover says “Another birthday. Another card with a $100 bill inside.”
Inside: “Not this card!”
it was perfect
I doubt the card was meant to be a passive aggressive comment to the receiver. Just a funny comment.
I found a really funny greeting card, but I figured you wouldn’t get the joke, so I got you this one instead.
my company blocks using firefox. and no longer supports IE. Its chrome and edge.
but FF and IE had the ability to change the view of a page to “no style” and that would get me past a bunch of paywalls. Any idea how to find that loophole on chrome or edge?
Do we have a thread to discuss (not so good) recruiters? Because I have a gem about a recruiter that … well, let’s just say they’re slightly off the mark about my exam progress.
Was trying to help my wife change her “Profile name” on FB and got this gem:
This is why they’ll never be meta.
Sucks for all the people whose names have brackets or parentheses.
I’m no longer on BookOfMetaFace, but I thought they were allowed. Pretty sure I remember some females who got married had their maiden names in parentheses. Not that interested in looking back to see, though.
I don’t feel sorry for Little Bobby Tables.
