My Panera was sold out of all but French onion and vegetable soup tonight. Out of mozzarella so no pizza. No mac & cheese. Zero desserts. Didn’t feel like asking which sandwiches they did or did not have, I just left.

And I am still royally peeved that they turned their cherry danish into this piddly thing called a Cherry Cheese Brittany with next to no sweet cheese!!! 
Did they stop making the cobblestones? That was my all time favorite and I haven’t seen one in a long time.
I haven’t been to Panera in a couple of months, so I don’t know about the cobblestone. Teh Googlez tells me the Brittany was discontinued earlier this year. 
She must really really hate wearing a mask!
Google tells me the cobblestone is no more. But, Panera is five blocks from me, so I’m gonna keep going there. When the weather is nice I can just walk over for lunch.

Heh, my news feed has decided that I care deeply about the Britney Spears decision.
And I guess I’m sort-of interested because it IS an interesting case. But I didn’t need like 4 notifications about the decision last night.

Such a strange case. I like getting updates like you, but it does feel overwhelming at time.
Yeah, I was re-reading biographical info on her and yikes… she was one screwed up individual in her 20s and I think into her 30s. Pretty easy to see why the conservatorship was established in the first place.
I never really followed that closely at the time because I’m pretty meh about her music. Like… I remember the story about a celebrity being married for 55 hours and then filing to get it annulled because they didn’t understand what they were doing. But I’d forgotten that the celebrity who did that was Britney Spears.
I get news alerts from the WSJ, NYT, NPR, Reuters, and Al Jazeera. Any time ANYTHING that “lots of Americans care about” happens, I get 4 news alerts.
(Al Jazeera didn’t cover this, for some reason. 
)
I find it a little interesting what stories are only alerted by some of those sources.
My wife made a happy birthday post to me on Facebook.
Now I’m inundated with notifications of well wishes.

Trying to listen to a webcast at work. The bleeping audio keeps cutting out. In the morning session it happened about ten times in 90 minutes, but now it’s dropping every two minutes, and I give up.
