Annoyed Thoughts: archive 1

Sorry to hear that, Tiffany.

I’ve actually never heard of Polish dill pickles. Will have to see if I can acquire some, sounds tasty.

I prefer to call them pickled cucumbers

Maybe you’ll need to provide them a little incentive:

There’s still at least 3 fruit flies. I refreshed the trap this morning so hopefully those f-ers will drown soon.

Well now I want cookies

:unamused:

Can’t you just get 'em with bug spray if they are right there?

Slow Friday, huh??? Not GAFing???

The only bug spray I have is DEET mosquito repellent. I’m not spraying that in my kitchen.

The dog has been playing in the dirt. Think I’m going to have to give her a bath this weekend. Maybe she’ll be posting in the “things that bother you more than it should” thread soon.

Spare me the deets

I never owned a beeper - I heard they could be a pain in the beep

I wouldn’t use any bug spray in my kitchen. The stuff is poison.

You can try spraying a mix of peppermint essential oil and water. That’s safe enough to drink or use in cooking, but ants don’t like it.

I have no idea about whether it repels fruit flies though. But if I had them in my kitchen I would certainly try it.
