Hang in there IPD. I’ve been doing these really slowly so I don’t pull a muscle in my back or mess up my shoulder. Might time myself at 25, 50 etc though. That was fun last time.

I have not done burpees in years - they destroyed me, had to do it in three sets of 10 with a couple of minutes rest between sets.

Since day 10 I’ve been getting gassed on the single set and felt like I’ll need to break it up soon, but I think my cardio’s getting better at 1 per day, I’m hopeful I can stick to single sets through day 30.
