Ooh… inflated they are less dense than water.

Maybe we should ask if it tends to be more appealing to children than adults?

Balloons and model airplanes would be, but other wood or plastic stuff might not be.

Another random thought is that cork is less dense than water and some people like to do crafty things with wine corks.

But she did say it was “generally” smaller than a breadbox and I think wine corks would always be smaller.

welp it ain’t balloon

It was a good question though, in that it eliminated plastic, which eliminates a lot.

Is it made of wood? (Official)

There, you got a clue for free. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Not wood nor plastic nor rubber, but less dense than water.

Cork or styrofoam. What else is less dense than water?

Trying to think of what would be styrofoam and decorative. The base for a wreath or some other craft project maybe?

Ooh, is wax less dense than water? Candle? (Unofficial)

ETA: No, damaged from 5 feet… we discussed this already.

Candle would get a bit smashed up if dropped I would think.

Also no movable parts.

Yeah, I realized that after I hit “submit”.

TWIG IT IS NOT A CANDLE!

Hintish statement: I have been trying to answer “yes” or “no”, but some of the questions were hard. Some were so hard that i have you and have a different answer. The question that i did answer Y/N that i found the hardest was question 6

Some of the others might have a “usually” associated with them.

Heh, I remember when I was “it” answering something with “[long pause] … No” to kind of indicate that it was difficult for me to answer!

I think maybe that was whether the Mississippi River was a landmark, but I’m too lazy to check.

It’s hard to answer the questions sometimes!

I’d say Lucy you should expect complaints about your answers but perhaps a rule should be whoever complains first has to pick the next subject.

We’ll see how many complaints i get after you know the answer.

Hmm so Lucy thinks it’s typically found indoors, but that might be controversial, so we might see some outside too.

What about a throw pillow? Those are often made of foam that might be less dense than water. And they could be outdoors as patio/deck furniture.

But most homes would have them and most wouldn’t fit in a breadbox.

Argh!!

(Lucy later corrected herself: it was a different question that is controversial, so this is not helpful discussion.)
