So what is decorative but also has utility, and is less dense than water but not usually plastic nor rubber nor wood but also won’t break?

I’m thinking we need to narrow down what it’s made of.

Only things I can think of are styrofoam and cork and maybe foam.

Hmm, we never asked if it was edible. Lots of food is less dense than water and could be controversially decorative (radish flowers, pats of butter in the shape of a rose, popcorn garland) but most would be damaged from falling 5 feet.

Ice is less dense than water but would certainly be damaged by such a fall.
