Some of the low picks, like Russell Wilson, also did well. They made up for their shortness with their athleticism and are more exciting to watch than the traditional drop back, taller QBs.
Does your BF watch ThatsGoodSports on Youtube? He covers all teams but really goes deep on the Broncos. Guy is an absolutely hilarious and unhinged fan. I secondhand root for the Broncos because of his channel.
After Winstonâs record setting performance last night, NFL teams are currently 18-14 in games where they set the franchise passing record.
Which is why a pick six should be -8 pts in fantasy
Possibly because you have been forced primarily into the passing game because you were losing?
Exactly. You sometimes have to sling it a lot if down big.
An actual good game for TNF? Did this get flexed in or was it originally scheduled?
I think it was originally scheduled
The TNF following Thanksgiving has for a while been teams who played on Thanksgiving.
That makes entirely too much sense for the NFL to continue.
again odd they flexed out Cleveland
I was not interested in either team but I got hooked on all the offence and watched it to the end despite not caring about the outcome.
You have a time machine and have seen this Thursdayâs upcoming game between the Packers and Lions? ![]()
Uh, wink back, but no. I just looked at the schedule. Both teams played on Thanksgiving, but against different teams.
I donât think this particular TNF could be flexed.
It also sucks to be flexed into a TNF Football game as has happened in a future TNF Football game (DENvLAC on 12/19). TNFs are bad for the athletesâ bodies, IMO (not a real doctor, but there is a reason the game is played as sparingly as it is, even DURING the games!).
At one point long ago, each team played a TNF Football game once per season, except for those playing the first TNF Football game, and those playing the week after Thanksgiving. There were 17 weeks of play, no TNF Football game on the last weekend, but three games on Thanksgiving. Thatâs 18 TNF (and TDF) games total, so four teams have to play twice. The teams in the first TNF Football game wouldnât otherwise have the short-week burden so they play twice. And two teams that played on Thanksgiving play the on the following TNF Football game, so as not to have two short weeks. So, equally damaging to all teams.
Nowadays, there are FNF games, so who knows how those are handled. Similar to Saturday ones, I guess.
I misread and thought you were referring to last nightâs MNF game rather than TNF. You also have SNF: so many acronyms in NFL tv coverage.
It was a great game!
Was there a spot in the stadium where you could park the TARDIS?
Plenty
Maybe you could put the stadium inside the TARDIS
