Side thought on this - should this be based on number of wins or number of losses? (Just thinking about those weeks where there are only 13 or 14 games, due to byes - a lot harder to get to 10 wins on a 13 game week than on a full slate of games.)

You get rewarded for 5 straight pars or better. Opposite would be Wind Chill, 5 holes without a par pays (that one is mine).
