Yes, very close. Great minds think alike. I think if you leave the dot out it doesn’t change the numbering.
1 I went with Ottawa because I thought it might have been an international gathering. That’s the thing that sucks with Canada (also US to a lesser degree). You can get the right country but it might still be 1000’s of km away, so low points.
3 Paris was a red herring, nothing to indicate it was elsewhere.
4 Maybe if I read Korean, I might have guessed but most Korean photos are from Seoul
5 I thought I saw a German flag on the license plate. Maybe it was really a Romanian flag or a German visiting.

I thought 29 points was my worst but I did have a 10-pointer about 9 days ago.
Not playing any more, primarily due to frustration with website (mal-ware like, even though I think/hope it was just hijacking the site rather than infecting my devices. Also because I was terrible at it.
Still, bad as I was, my first thought was “bad as I was, at least I never got only 29 for a day”. Now I see that wasn’t it. Certainly I had under 10 on a picture. Maybe under 200 on a day. Pretty sure at least one day under 300.

I think it’s a game that one gets slowly better at with practice. It does help if you traveled to or read about other countries but I don’t believe it’s essential. Looking for little clues is fun, although sometimes they can be misleading (like the Paris sign in Nice the other day). I also like trying to think back to what people were wearing in a particular decade (at least for the ones I was alive for).
Hopefully you can find a browser that it works for you (I use Brave) and even if you don’t post here, you can get back to playing it.
