Secrets We Keep, Tires, and Dept. Q, all on Netflix.

He was a very interesting person….

Res Alien S4 is releasing weekly I think

If you want to watch documentaries, donate to PBS and knock yourself out on Ken Burns films.

Watched the single season of 14 episodes of One Day. It chronicles the romantic relationship of two University of Edinburgh students of very different backgrounds from their graduation in 1987 until 2004.

Many twists and turns. Very well done.

On the last season of Lost. I have been warned to be unimpressed at the ending.

If you lower your expectations enough, you might even enjoy it.

Not bingeing this yet, since it’s not out for two years.

But, same issue as the movies: These kids will grow up, probably not at the same speed as the characters did. (Or, most annoyingly, shrinking, as Harry Melling (Dudley) lost his heft.
I think animated would be best, even if they Polar-Expressed it a little. The SFX will still be required. Can make then whenever they want, instead of being concerned with unusually-aging child stars.

Started “Live Aid” seemingly transferred from VHS to Google’s archive. Will skip through the downtimes (VJs, no matter how nostalgic they are), as I am more interested in performances I’ve never before seen (I was working that day (Saturday, sadly), after all).
Not in order, so have to search the results to go in order.
Includes old-timey commercials “Sun Country Wine Cooler” gateway alcohol for the kiddies.
Currently disappointed, as the Wembley concert is not in full. 10 minutes of commercials and pleading for donations after the first song. Now back to “Status Quo” of whom I’ve never heard.
OK, they blew some amps. it is obvious that MTV did not have 16 hours of fill. Not even sure it had a minute of fill. Looking back, probably needed several hours of pre-recorded interviews, just in case. MTV was only four years old at the time, so probably didn’t think ahead.

Freddy Mercury (RIP) was incredible. Don’t miss Queen’s performance.

I don’t see much reason besides money to reboot Harry Potter, but I’ll definitely watch if they’re decent. My kids are 2 and almost 4, and this would be something fun to share in later seasons when they’re older.

Finally got finish watching season 2 of Andor. So good. It’s what we always deserved from the Star Wars universe.

Also finished season 2 of Pokerface. It was fun. They really leaned into the Columbo vibe. It wrapped up pretty well, so don’t really need or expect a season 3.

I loved the ending. I loved the whole show. My favorite seasons were in the second half where it got super wacky. Love Desmond, Penny, and Juliet. Love the time travel stuff and the weird origin story stuff. Love it all!

3rd season Squid Games

OK, I finished this. My foggy brain recalled a little of it. Mainly that Season 3 was a mishmash, leaving a lot to be desired.

Yes, let’s make Jane a lesbian. That’ll add some viewers.

Finished Murderbot. Think this maybe my favorite show of 2025 so far.

And I watched the “Deadwood” movie, too. Meh.

OK, don’t have to revisit that again.

Back to the “Phineas and Ferb” rewatch, cuz for some reason (nothing else new is good enough) they made more.
