Got Covid 12/12, and have had a series of colds since, so havenāt been good about exercising the past month. I guess this proves how much I really need to stay on top of that.
Similar, but to hit it sooner.
So 24 pounds in ā24 would have me ringing in 2025 at X - 37 pounds, which is a lofty goal.
Weighed in today at X - 15 though, so a good start.
Finally bought a set of scales, so a day late.
X is already taken, so Iāll use W (weight at start of 2024)

It is a siren call.
Just before she went to bed Mini Me offered me a piece of candy from her Christmas stocking. And of course⦠I picked out the candy, so I got her good stuff. And it was SO sweet of her to just offer, so how can I possibly say no to that??? Iād be a bad mom if I didnāt eat that candy, right? RIGHT???
Parental sacrifice IMO.
I dare you to do that on a Tuesday.

I was surprised!
Not that you have to share or anything, but out of curiosity, are you working with pounds or kilos?
Good point - Pounds. Added bonus is that the scales will need a lot less weight change (than for kilos) to show 0.1 difference. Thatās assuming that the margin of error with my $20 Walmart scales is within 0.1 pounds.
Fun fact - lb is short for libra, a Greek word meaning balance or level.
My scale is old with 0.5 pound increments. Not sure if thatās good or bad.
Wirecutter from nytimes is recommending EatSmart Precision + Ultrawide for $26 and is within 0.2 lb margin of error. Consumer Reports gives the same model 87 points (the highest score was 92 points for the $49 Escali HC225W)
