You can put on some weight between now and then so it will be more impressive once you start losing.

Summary
I didn’t bother to save my weight history from the ao before it got canned. I started making an effort to drop some weight in late 2018 when I hit 206. Was between 180-185 for most of 2020. I’d look best around 160, but I am not willing yet to make the concessions on diet and exercise to get there. I like to eat well and I know what it takes to get me to 160. I think 170ish is a good goal for now.
Highest adult weight was 235 and lowest was 160. Both were over 20 years ago. I’m 5’11"

I am pleasantly surprised to be slightly down. Diet wasn’t great on my Germany trip, as the cuisine is pretty heavily into rich meat and potatoes. I did do a lot of walking, but not much more than I usually do. Since returning diet has been pretty poor with all the cookies and junk people sent, and exercise non-existent due to COVID. Maybe I’ll try to get some walking in today. The dog has been a bit stir crazy since I haven’t been exercising her as much as usual.

Didn’t make 100% great choices over the last week, so it’s a little surprising to see a loss.

That was a huge surprise. I guess most was covid weight loss, although I’d have thought most of that was accounted for last week. Also, I didn’t go to a bunch of Christmas parties this year, so I really didn’t do a Christmas pig-out. And maybe dehydration? It’ll be interesting to see if this is “real” weight loss or a blip.
