I don’t know how old or young you are. But I’m definitely cooler. Because I don’t own a tie.

I guess I’m leaning towards just wearing what I want. Because if somebody’s gonna give me a hard time about it they’re probably a pain in the ass to work with.

I think a lot has to do with what are your own career aspirations, what the job you’re applying for entails, and how you can navigate fitting the two together during an interview.

If you have executive aspirations, it might behoove you to find pictures of the company exec’s and make a decision based on that.
