Not sure the cold will be an advantage for Canada though as anything can happen at minus 10. The Canadian team is good enough to beat Mexico at home in fair weather but they won’t get that chance. There has been no trash talking by the Mexican side as they learned the consequences of that in Cincinnati. Wish Panama would start losing more often as I prefer a three team to a four team race!

I just wish Canada-Mexico was being played in a more southerly city like Toronto or Montreal or indoors. Edmonton is about a thousand kilometres further north than Green Bay, Wisconsin! The persons who decided upon Edmonton in mid-November took a huge risk on the weather.

Terrible Canada-Mexico game so far. Chippy, no flow. Very unlike the Canada-Costa Rica game last week.
