In particular, thereâs no benefit to mailing it after election day instead of before election day. It counts the same. So thereâs no mortgage to fake a postmark more serious than âoh shit, i forgotâ, and thatâs not something you plan in advance.
Thatâs actually an argument for âreceived shortly before election dayâ, so long as the state can tell you whether your ballot was received. Because then, if DeJoy âlosesâ your ballot, you still have recourse, you can go vote in person.
My state does tell you whether youâre ballot has been received (and accepted as valid) and if it hasnât, you can vote in person.

Yeah if you wanted to cause chaos in this yearâs election Clark County NV, Maricopa County AZ, and Fulton County GA would have been high on the list of spots to do some damage
If there is one place in this country that we can be sure does not have election integrity issues, itâs Arizona - and in particular Maricopa County. The 2020 election was looked at with a fine-toothed comb by people who really wanted to find irregularities, and they couldnât find any.

Oh I donât think there were any irregularities. Just saying if you were able to tamper Maricopa would be high on the list of places to do it. Fulton County GA was also investigated extensively.

The places you mentioned will be put forward as potential conspiracy targets again, just because the results arenât what some people wanted them to be.
Actually, knowing that they will be looked at closely (even though they already have been shown to be pretty darn clean), it would be kinda stupid to try and pull something off there in this election.

Agree it is great that there hasnât been much of that nonsense this time around. I expect Kari Lake in Arizona to try it if she ends up losing though. Itâs pretty much her whole brand.
