Trump Says the Darndest Things!

I can see him trying to invoke this law as a means.

Trunp suggests Hezbollah was involved in January 6th Capitol attack, while innocent partriots are jailed.

I don’t think you meant to quote me . . . but I’m not the one underestimating beauracracy buracracy gubbermint.

Or perhaps he thinks Minneapolis is the only part of the state worth having…

Much better to “drill baby drill” everywhere. Still lots of offshore and preserved lands aching to be developed.

Almost a certainty that Trump will push to open up ANWR for drilling again, like he tried to do earlier. Lots of kickbacks are available for whoever lets big oil get access there.

Maybe he will leave the ANWR alone after Canada becomes the 51st state. Our known oil reserves in the Athabasca tar sands are in excess of 170 billion barrels so that should buy some time. I assume the tar sands is Trump’s main interest in a Canada acquisition.

Trump would see MPLS as a shithole liberalstan that they let burn over wokeness and is now so dangerous no one goes there. Ford including it (intentional or not) was tactical (assuming he wants it)

I have a hunch this thread will be in the thousands of posts over the next four years as Trump goes off the rails.

And what does he think that would mean for Taiwan?

He is already off the rails. He said so much crazy stuff in his hour long press conference today.

Are you suggesting he’s currently on the rails?

I think Trump is becoming even more extreme vs his 1st term.

Its analogus to when people on social media go to even more extreme lengths to garner attention for clicks.

This is problematic because it will leave the US increasingly isolated in global terms.

At that point, the existing global order will start fragmenting and re-aligning itself.

This will drive a lot of crappy behavior from the multitude of bad actors (globally-speaking) that we now have running around the world.

Maybe he’ll threaten to tariff the Gulf of Mexico

of course he will. he was voted back in. he doesn’t have to run again. he (and those in the circle) has more knowledge of how the system operates than the 1st term. lack of care and concerns for accountability as long as the funds find their way to trump-world, he is full steam ahead

Has Trump celebrated the wildfires in LA yet?

We’re likely to hear again about raking the forest.

A stable genius weighs in:

Beverly Hills is not devastated. The fires are not anywhere in that area so far. Other areas got slammed, and particularly Pacific Palisades.

New one just started in Hollywood Hills.

Usual cause is downed power lines, but the pyro’s get the itch when they see fires on TV.
