Probably wouldn’t be a bad idea to bring Biden out from retirement for a day to confirm his pardons, before he’s too enfeebled to credibly make such a statement.

Given he is laying low
Objectively, I know that Biden is following the tradition of ex-presidents laying low for several months or a year after they leave office.
That being said… he became increasingly frail during his term in office, and I’m not certain his mental acuity wasn’t also in decline.
If the feds actually were to act on Krasnov’s emesis, it would be best if Biden resurfaced to make an affirmation of the pardons before it becomes easier to dismiss such due to claims of mental deficiency being too easy for courts to believe.
His cult taking his tweets and “Truths” as gospel, without them having been credibly shot down as insanity, is also a contributing factor.
I think this is just the age of the internet. You can’t chase out all the falsehoods with fact checks, it’s too easy to make a falsehood relative to a fact check.

Has Biden made any public statements about the pardons? I’ll admit it feels a bit problematic to have decisions that are only documented through an autopen and staff prepared statements.
That Biden might no longer be coherent is a bit unrelated - any POTUS can be incapacitated at any moment.
Not really a statement but a petty action: Children of former Presidents get 6 months Secret Service protection. The Trump kids asked for an extension, and got 12 months. Trump has pulled the detail on Biden’s kids after 2 months.
