I would place a bet that his peripheral blood flow is horrible due to blockages (a diet made up of McDonalds and not controlling cholesterol leads to these type of issues in your 70s and 80s)

I suspect we are going eventually get an AI model escaping from a testing area (already happened) but then end up damaging critical infrastructure when it gets out of control.
An AI cyber-weapon so to speak.
