That seems clear, but Cooke’s issue was when, not where.
It sounded like shortly after the 9/11 attacks, either that day or the following day to asset the damage on the building he was building.
But I doubt the event were anything like he described. He was more likely soaking his bone spurs and sending someone down to figure out how he could stiff his contractors.

He’s still on the spelling of “dumb” after a few weeks. Old man repeats himself, not any surprise. Just didn’t expect it to be the type of thing he spiraled on.
It’s an ongoing saga. I posted a history of his dumb references a while ago in another thread.
I was just confused by reading Rastlin’s post in isolation saying Trump was back to doing something he was doing a month ago when the linked story was from a month ago. E.g. it looked like he was confused and looking at an old story rather than pointing at an old story to show him doing it in the past.
We are in a very confusing time.
