The entire Trump family is feeding from the taxpayer trough at this point.
Billions in dodgy contracts over and above the obvious insider trading/market manipulation.
I don’t see how the US recovers from this. The corruption is so toxic and entrenched, the smell isn’t going away for years (possibly decades).
I haven’t posted my depiction about my attitude of the American political situation in a couple months…so it’s time to dust it off.
Seems like a stupid place to build this. The humidity and corrosion are going to suck for the archivists to deal with. I’m sure the insurance will be astronomical. I’m curious as to how long it will take for it to be destroyed by some combination of hurricane, coastal erosion or flooding. I guess it will be a fitting end given his climate change denial.

Except it may not be for Trump who has immunity from criminal prosecution for official acts of the presidency which his lawyers would claim would be be anything that he does.
This came across my feed today. Chris Murphy does a good job of summarizing several of the many misdeeds of Trump and his cronies. All of this stuff should be unacceptable and any one of these scandals would have ended pretty much any other presidency in the past. It’s pathetic how we tolerate this type of behavior from the president.
It is pathetic. How can this tolerance be ended? By him doing something even more egregious?
