The only small silver lining is that the mugshot isn’t copyrighted. So other vendors can cut into Trump’s sales. Here’s an etsy collection

And completely agnostic to Trump, current charges, political spite, what people think would actually happen, etc.
If a former president gets arrested and sent to jail, do they have secret service agents doing shifts in jail with them to protect them? Or when they get convicted they lose those protections? I suspect the former, but it’s an interesting thing to think through.
It’s such an outlandish idea that a former president would serve jail time. So many ways this will be avoided in most cases. But in the case that they didn’t, it’s funny for me to think of secret service agents being clocked in and rotated through the prison.
I saw an article that house arrest would be much more likely due to the logistics of the Secret Service.
In other countries that is not the case:

Trump might not be the biggest liar on weight by percentage. My guess is that David Shafer wins that prize with a self reported weight of 150. He’s the guy with the gray sweater vest that doesn’t know how to wear a mask
I suppose the stress of having been booked and arraigned so many times in the past few weeks might have caused him to quit eating his cheeseburgers, and caused him to lose weight.
Maybe he’s been getting in shape in anticipation of prison shower encounters?

Looks like the Trump campaign ambulance chasers are trying to exert control over the public domain photo.
EDIT: A little googling reveals that they are not public domain. Georgia mugshots are only supposed to be released only to those who agree the photos won’t be used for commercial purposes.
I wonder if political fundraising materials count as “commercial purposes”.
