To be nasty, Pfizer is not necessarily the one with the risk – as @Rastiln is indicating.

When Stu was going through infusion chemo in 2017-2018, Puerto Rico had been hit by a hurricane (or something), which disrupted their own pharma/med supply industry, which included the paraphernalia used in IVs, etc.

PR is big in stuff like bags for IV drugs, and because of the disruption, they actually were giving Stu his chemo in glass bottles instead of the usual plastic bags.
