I’m guessing that soy is playing a lot of Ace of Base in his office space today.
What happens if we fire a missile and it explodes within range of a base? Do we get notified of that, or is it only if ships are within range?
Report on what was destroyed. Bases aren’t destroyed. So no report on bases from missile strikes.

Are we supposed to know which sector the base Soy took over was in?

No, I was just going off of the example in the rules that stated which sector the captured base was in.
Oh, I forgot I said the sector of captured base. Soyleche captured the base of Sector M.
