I currently know how to do the following things:

Starts an interactive tutorial just for you, in a personal message. {name-of-tutorial} can be one of: tutorial, advanced tutorial.

Otherwise, rolling percentiles is how I make some of my less important decisions. I especially use it for the ones where no one knows the answer.
