Go to T-Mobile store, he says OS is only Apple and my phone is new enough and up-to-date
Now our IT tells me I need MIUI14 - anyone aware of that?

You’re trying too hard imo. I would just stop using my phone for work until the company fixes everything and in the meantime it’s laptop only.
It’s their responsibility to give you the right equipment, not yours.
I had corporate IT send a message out to those of us on Android warning that we had to upgrade to Android version 14 or be locked out.
Not a problem for me since I have a Pixel, and therefore get the OS updated pretty quickly, but other manufacturers aren’t so quick in clearing new Android versions for their hardware.
