When I come across those that don’t have the ‘Jump to recipe’ button, I block them.
But even when there is a ‘Jump to recipe’ button, I find that I still have to scroll to actually get to the recipe. Not sure what is there since I don’t pay attention to it anyway. I think there are usually ads and some other stuff that is equally annoying as the blog posting above.

I found someone’s credit card on the ground. Soowahv, deeeeeeboner, and upstanding actuarial that I am, I called the cc company to report it lost. 
Buddy had an electric lawnmower similar to my Ryobi that broke. I tried to fix it for him but it was likely the controller, which is not economical to replace. It had been sitting in my garage and I hadn’t quite brought myself to toss it yet. Then our mower broke the engine mount. Turns out both models use the same undercarriage, so I swapped all my electronics/motor/cover/handles with his. Seems to work! Now Mrs G wonders if I will ever throw anything else away ever 
Made a lasagna, garlic bread, and a bread pudding for a couple of friends who lost a family member, and their kids are having a hard time with it. And earlier that morning I brought doughnuts for the family, and coffee for the parents. Apparently one of the kids “lit up” when she heard doughnuts 
Was kind of a Sad Thoughts post too… but bragging, as I’ve been trying to really show my appreciation for people who I want to keep close, and they’re definitely a couple such people. I could tell they appreciated it.
