I thought they were being ironic.

Something so bad that adding something even worse actually makes it better?

I don’t know if they’re taking an opinion on whether raisins or bran is worse, but they’re certainly saying that raisins are very very bad.

I’m one of those weird people who absolutely love raisins. There are so many things that I have found are improved by adding raisins. My mom baked oatmeal raisin cookies and an applesauce raisin cake that I couldn’t get enough of. I was always super disappointed when I would bite into a cookie and find that those dark spots were chocolate chips rather than raisins. Much like so many others feel when it is the other way.

I like salty trail mix raisins. Other raisins are meh on their own. Strongly do not like raisins in anything else.

IFYP. It is a sufficient statement on its own. :judge:

It is written entirely in English, but like a bad AI it makes no sense.

I’d do this with my husband.

Actually, I’ve decided I AM going to do this with my husband, and we will end the trip with a flight to Alaska, then Hawaii, then back to Washington. Maybe in 10 years when the kids are in college and all the pets are dead…

You’ll be passing through where I grew up in southeast Kansas, I recommend stopping for a sandwich at Nelson’s Old Riverton Store. It’s a Route 66 icon, it’s been there since before Route 66 existed.
