This is pretty much true. I am currently running a platform that I coded up myself with lots of free guides and exam prep tools, but getting almost no users to register. Really mind blowing.
As an example, I have a free FM/2 guide with 600+ free exerices, 14 free exams, etc. Literally nobody is using it!
