Something extravagant you bought just because

IFYP, eh.

I think it was correct the first time. Phrased oddly, but correct.

Phrased odddly? What’s 10 cubed in imperial?

This just needs a comma or something. Otherwise you can read it as 10 cm^3

Yeah I read it as 10 cubic cm.

Looks like Google agrees with me.

I feel everyone here can get it from context.
Even after all the recent posts, I still feel like there was little to no confusion.

Ten cubed is a thousand. Ten of what? Well in this case it’s centimeters. How else are you supposed to phrase it?

10 cubic cm

But it’s 1,000 cubic centimetres that tally one litre.

10cm cubed of water is ice, imo.

I understood what the lobster was saying.

I also understood what lobster was saying. Have none of you ever seen a cube, 10cm on each side, that’s marked as a liter?

I don’t think I’ve seen one, but it’s what I pictured when I read the post.

Bought a Magnum of a Pinot a few weeks ago. 2015. Only $100, and only 1.5L, but I’ll need about eight people to help drink it. Then we can move on to something else.

I’m an asparagus, I miss obvious context!

I’m in!

PEMDAS/BEDMAS…if the 10 isn’t inside the parenthesis/brackets it shouldn’t be subject to the exponent.

Dirty.

x cubed is what, people?
x^3
10cm cubed is what, people?
(10cm)^3
Or, a liter.

This is going to be another thread that I regret, pretty sure :).
