:swear: wasn’t going to do very well anyway, since I couldn’t see a way to get the clean plate. I was going to end up with one unused Z. Then somehow I goofed entering words, and used my last M before making the pangram, which I knew after getting a hint. That meant I ended with two unused Z’s.
But what am I missing in the end position.
It says 2 words are still possible. And I think there must be one including at least one Z. If not, this is the first situation I’ve ever encountered when there was no way to use the Spicy letter. And it must have needed at least one T, since after I made TAT there were no words remaining possible.
So what was that other word?
Tazza?
Wordfinder dictionary says it’s a word. But

Yes, that would have worked. Never heard of it. I had tried lots of words I had never heard of, including TAZA (earlier, back when I had all the letters available, but never found a way that would use all 5 Z’s).

I think I could have done that with fewer words
:duh: I got the Pangram hint, and then quickly the Pangram, after very few guesses. I surely should have recovered with SCHMALTZ, but didn’t. Nor did I think of SHAZAM. I did discover MAZY (a word I had never heard of) by trying it.

disappointed to get only 904 in a perfect game. maybe I need to make longer words and forget the 25 points for at least 13 words.
WTF? I’ve looked at the Tuesday game and don’t understand.
OK, like the regular game but also have 2 letters that can only be used once. What does that mean about pangram? You must just use 9 different letters? You must use the 9 letters besides H and W (and may also use the H and W)? You must use the 9 AND H and W?
Unlikely to matter, but for CLEAN PLATE do you have to use the H and W?
And THE secret smush? There must be many words that would use both H and W. Are they all the secret smush? Is more than one the secret smush?
On the bright side, I see a pangram that does not use H and W, so unless the intent is that I must use all 11 I’m set.
I didn’t use the H W and feel 8 didn’t get full credit for the panagram
