I took pix of T-roy in underwear - I don’t think it’s appropriate to post those here. I’ll think about doing a before and after, and show later. I do have some visible definition, but, pudgy everywhere as well. Tummy is an issue (beer belly). Posture is pretty bad too.

Goal is get into the low 160#'s in 90 days. Eat good, drink WAY less.

W1D1 (01/03; 45 Minutes) - I did a modified workout - I wouldn’t be able to do the full 4 sets with the amt of reps they had. But I will get there.
W1D2 (01/05; 45 Minutes) - Another modified workout - 3 of 4 circuits, LEss Reps each. Ab and Tris
W1D3 (01/07; 55 Minutes) - 3 of 4 circuits, Ab and core - lots of floor exercises (think superman)
W1D4 (01/09; 35 Minutes) - 3 of 4 circuits, Full Body - w/ burpees - I DETEST BURPEES!

Doing some exercises with my daughter. Today was the Triple A (Abs, Ass and Arms). Using light weights, high rep, and multiple movements per exercise.

Im.going hard on weights and have been for a while. Ive stripped off substantial weight. Not where i want to be yet, but on course.

Started adding a preworkout drink in, that helped up my workouts. Next week im starting creatine.

The bummer is, im not getting much definition. Not sure why, maybe more weightloss maybe age.

I got this mushroom stuff called Laird. It gives me a zip in the AM. I eat immediately after the workout too (eggs + sausage or bacon + spinach + tomato/avocado
