Do you really think the mod is giving Saruman the cards in order? The only time this is guaranteed to occur is on the Search Foresight, and even that is suspect bc the mod is known to forget his own rules.
I don’t know about JSM. They were throwing around a lot of accusations early on, possibly trying to cause confusion/conflicts between different players.
JSM just likes the game to be spicy. I think he’s just trying to make it more interesting.

I’m pretty sure because I told the truth and investigated BF who I know is an Orc based on the investigation. Unless one of the W sauron’s lied and got more W than they said, the deck is 3W/2R.
Fair, and since from your perspective BF told the truth, that means I’m the only other president who passed a W. I already said there were 2W 1R, so if I lied and got 3W, that means MA would have to be in on that lie too, and actually instigate it since they claimed they were passed RW. So if you are an Orc it’s extremely likely that the deck is 3W2R from your perspective and 100% true from my perspective.
So it seems important to figure out if you are an Orc or not. I think not failing and just going with a government is okay.
