Yeah, i was reading some random commentary about them this week, that they are exploiting some weird loophole where if they have their back leg in the air prior to the snap, then they can continue to move backwards as long as the foot does not hit the ground prior to the snap.
Nevet heard of this before now and nothing about the explanation makes any sense, but, that is what people are saying.
