Do any former SDM takers have input on the most useful study materials for the SDM exam? I’ve used PAK up for both ERM and CFEFD and have been satisfied with the results. But I’ve heard that SDM is totally different and that Steve at XP Actuarial offers exam practice questions that are better suited to this exam. In addition, I’ve heard that his study manual is more of an “intuitive summary” of the readings instead of just key paragraphs and bullet points.
I’d love to stick with PAK but want to make sure I’m giving myself the best possible chance to pass on the first attempt.
I guess the win-win answer is to just get both…
