Any of you have any experience filling out the Schedule Q worksheet for NY?
First, I see there’s copy of it here…well, actually that’s the 2020 version. I can’t seem to find a 2021 version…if it exists.
Here it is.
AFAICT, this thing is only for our files…it’s not filed with the state or anything like that…but we’re required to have it in our files…whatever.
Secondly, the previous copy was filled out by hand, i.e., the previous actuary had poor penmanship & I will continue that tradition.
I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t electronically fill it out without buying a version of adobe acrobat dc.
