Forgot to include a pardon for income tax evasion. So far no criminal charges for that anyway.

Grift and live large for 50 years, spend a few years in poverty, and die. Doesn’t sound like the worst life, if you’re not worried about going to the Bad Place.
That said, I don’t think he “has no assets”, they’re probably just shielded in places difficult to access, since that’s been part of his MO for a while now.
If he’s got no assets, why does he have multiple tax attorneys?
