Republicans Say the Darndest Things!

Yep, that lady from Georgia is a complete hair-brained idiot. She is now a Congress person with a platform from showing loyalty to Trump.

McConnel got plenty out of the relationship as well. Unfortunately for R’s I believe Trump is going to run the party down to a non-competitive factor in the Presidential race.

If you consider telling the truth as turning on Trump.

… huh? I’m not saying it was a bad thing that McConnell turned on him.

Did Dan Quayle “turn on” George HW Bush when he presided over counting the electoral voltes on January 6, 1993 showing that he and his boss lost re-election? Did Senate Minority Leader Bob Dole “turn on” Bush Sr. for refusing to object to the count? They arguably had a stronger case where Bill Clinton won with such a small plurality. Note that Bush Sr. endorsed Dole in 1996.

Did Walter Mondale “turn on” Jimmy Carter when he did the same thing as Quayle on January 6, 1981? I’m pretty sure that Carter endorsed Mondale in 1984, although to be fair I didn’t check to confirm.

Did Al Gore “turn on” himself on January 6, 2001?

Anybody been following the John Boehner stuff? Former Speaker of the house calling Ted Cruz in particular out for being “Lucifer in the flesh”, “screw Ted Cruz”, etc. Also calling out Trump, as well as others in less direct wording.

Of course he’s a hypocrite now working in the cannabis industry and trying to sell his memoir, but interesting nonetheless.

I interpreted as: McConnell was willing to excuse and defend Trump’s evil and tyrannical actions until they became especially inexcusable.

Like when the movie villain has a henchman and they do crime together, until one day the movie villain goes too far, and the henchman is like wtf.

Admittedly that’s a Trump-centric narrative, which is, as you might know, Trump’s preferred lens.

“You don’t get to use the four swear words. The C-word, the N-word, the F-word or God’s name in vain. Free speech is not pornography, free speech isn’t ‘I am going to kill you,’ it is very well-defined in our mission statement."

https://frankspeech.com/ Watch the intro to Frank’s new website. I’m sure it’s as well thought out and prepped as that 3 minute intro.

Is that the “my pillow” guy?

I’d love to see it immediately spammed with left wing people (hopefully holding back on vulgarity, so they don’t have an excuse), just to see how “free” they’ll really let it be.

Yep he’s the My Pillow guy.

I’m sure this will go fine.

“You’re going to have your own YouTube channel, that’s your Twitter handle”

I’m gonna opt not to click that link on my work computer…

Did Frank Lindell try to start an 8chan or Gab-type site?

I decided to click it on a work computer. It’s SFW, just dumb. He rants for a few minutes about his platform and how it’s going to be for free speech, but not certain types of speech because those aren’t acceptable. Like somebody said, you can’t use god’s name in vain (not sure which god though since he didn’t specify - I’m guessing asking would get a ban.) And other things that I manually deleted from my brain.

GOP crazies forming caucus promoting "Anglo-Saxon political tradition.

Keeping them all in one place might be a good idea. Keeps them from spreading.

More like “Certain Americans First”

Lindbergh would be so proud of the re-use of the “America First” tagline.

Didn’t last through the weekend…she has quite the track record in Congress

Why does she have to commandeer “Anglo-saxon”, don’t turn my ancestry into your dog whistle :judge:

I don’t get the big deal. I could support a Parliamentary system, not very fond of a monarchy howev-

Oh, it’s white supremacy. NOPE.

No new Republican gaffes to report, but just wanted to say two things.

1.) I miss you guys.
2.) I’m very very glad that Joe Biden is the president.
