OK, that one is actually humorous (ignoring the taking over Canada part, that is).
On the other side, I wouldn’t have to feel a little guilty for rooting for Team Homan over the US.
The ironic part of all the chest beating about the US Men’s Hockey Team is that the Canadian team totally outplayed them in the final game. Only the American goalie being very lucky (and very good) saved the US team from losing by a few goals.
I am looking forward to a future rematch!
Hellebuyck is in goal here tonight for Winnipeg. I expect he will get a razzing from the Vancouver fans since Trump gave him a Presidential Medal of Honour last night!

As someone that is a Bluejackets fan that watched Brobosky steal games from everyone. Yep. A goalie in the zone can be fronted by mediocrity and still win. Hellebuyck crushed it.
Nancy Mace has been public about her own history as a sexual assault and domestic violence survivor.
Although I generally disagree with her beliefs and actions, w.r.t. things like the Epstein files she seems to actually care enough to stick her neck out on social media, etc..
But then she’ll vote against the Violence Against Women Act or the Equality Act or abortion rights or paid family leave and her public statements sour a little for me.
Just dusting off these old remarks, for no particular reason…

Iran couldn’t possibly be developing a nuclear weapon. Our Glorious Leader obliterated their ability to do so a few months ago. Heresy!
