The question for Alito is “Does any federal court have the power to order a president to spend money appropriated by congress? Or, to spend money according to a contract that the US government approved?”
He says “lacks jurisdiction”, I want to know if any judge or court has jurisdiction.
If the answer to this question is no, the next D president should refuse to pay Alito a salary going forward and see what he says.
